As from today, you cannot only download the PDF book! We also published the OpenERP Documentation for Version 6 on line (in html).
Check out http://doc.openerp.com. By default, you will see the documentation for Version 6. Of course, you can also access the documentation for Version 5. To do that, simply click the link "See v5 documentation".
Please note that not all the documentation published in Version 6 has been adapted to Version 6 yet. The documentation team continues to update the documentation.

I have the openerp version 1 pdf book. Must say this is a great improvement.

Good/great documentation is key to getting FOSS softwares the opening into people's minds and hearts.
